FLESHPOT, un Triptyque by MAISON the FAUX explores the tension between abundance and excess. A triptych of icons portray the decay present in opulence, created out of an excessive richness that always craves more luxury, a crystal and nature obsessed who in reality lit more cigarettes than sage, and an over consumerist collecting more plastic than extravagance. Is paradise still the same when the enjoyable becomes exuberant?

FLESHPOT is a multidisciplinary installation created by MAISON the FAUX in collaboration with A. Crespo Barba and UberNerd, and it was on display at Kunsthal KAdE in Amersfoort (NL).
