three scenes and an epilogue (or how to find that light) (2024)
three scenes and an epilogue (or how to find that light) is a stage performance that emerges from the intersection of flamenco, experimental electronic music, and performance art. The project is the result of a collaboration between A. Crespo Barba and multidisciplinary creator Tagore González (a.k.a. bbb).
At the core of the creative process were questions such as: Can sonic creations acquire stage presence? Can sound become somatic? Can a body untrained in somatic practices convey meaning on stage? It is precisely in the exploration of translating sound into physicality—through both the body and the tangible space it inhabits—that this work finds its ground.
The project was developed as part of LANZA, a residency program hosted by Escuela TAI in Madrid.
